Yesterday I got to hang out with the lovely ladies, Beth and Ellen of How Sweet It Is.

They're both incredibly talented and make amazing wedding cakes! But...they also make delicious upscale bite size "desert amuse bouches"

My weekend "get-away" to Detroit was wonderful! I love to travel and meet new people. I met of course non other than Elyse and Erik - for the first time on their wedding day (yeah, we did plan to meet on Friday but typically as things go a day before the wedding it was hectic for them). No worries, we hit off right away. Elyse has such a bubbly personality and the girl is just so sweet and funny! Eric is just as sweet and just as funny and the way he looks at Elyse - makes your heart melt. The whole family welcomed us with open arms and heart - we felt like one of them right away. I love being part of something so special and really being part of it! Thank you guys so much!

I'm such a sucker for anything ANIMAL and I was so happy to see a wedding favor such as this!!! Awesome guys!

Last weekend Marcin and I had the pleasure of photographing Jeannie and Alan's exchange of vows and dinner party celebrating their marriage. It was very private and close knit affair which was held in a lovely home of their dear friends right in Tuxido Park. Jeannie, lady of stunning beauty looked natural, relaxed and happy. The dinner decor was simply exquisite and guests enjoyed themselves falling to endless conversations, laughter and celebration.
We thank you for having us there to capture all the special moments.

Last weekend I had a chance to work with some of my photographer friends. Yes, I did promise myself and family that I will take the long weekend off but I just can't help myself. When I don't have weddings, I'm always jumping at the opportunity to shoot for other people. It's an awesome way to meet new friends, try out new things -techniques, angles etc. - you have the freedom of doing whatever you artistically please! Love it.
